Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact within the Personal Safety Division for sectors including Mining, Oil and Gas; Heavy Metal and Transportation; Chemicals; and General Industries.

• Engage with key end users in these industries to identify opportunities and promote the growth of Personal Safety Division products, including hands-on involvement when necessary.

• Collaborate with the Indonesia marketing teams to implement Personal Safety Division programs in targeted markets.

• Oversee significant projects that enhance the Personal Safety Division through safety events, seminars, conferences, safety associations, and partnerships with other divisions.

• Support 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by adhering to safety policies, recognizing hazards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers/stakeholders.

• Proficient in CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.

• Experienced sales professional with a solid technical background.

• Knowledge of Personal Safety applications would be advantageous.

• A demonstrated history of achieving sales results that exceed expectations.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly committed to success.

• Well-organized and disciplined with a strong sense of personal accountability.

• Conducts oneself with unwavering honesty, integrity, and professional ethics at all times.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.

• Preferred to hold a degree-level education.

• Qualifications in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, and/or an MBA are desirable.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
