Sales Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical liaison for customer interactions

• Organize pre-sales meetings and convert customer requirements into solution strategies

• Create and present solution demonstrations that connect technical features to business results

• Showcase proposed solutions to stakeholders to gain validation and support

• Collaborate with Global Services for a smooth transition and handoff post-sale

• Produce technical documentation and responses to RFPs

• Complete a structured onboarding program lasting three months

• Work alongside senior engineers on content management and automation initiatives throughout Latin America

• Travel regionally within Latin America following the conclusion of the onboarding period

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) — this is the primary language for the role

• A solid technical background in one or more areas: cloud technologies, databases, automation, content management, or workflow solutions

• Capability to integrate technical and commercial factors while recognizing the business implications of technology

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities; adept at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences

• Experience in pre-sales, implementation, or solution engineering, or a robust technical background with a desire to advance into pre-sales

• Proficiency in English is preferred

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Hyland products such as OnBase or Alfresco is preferred

• Experience in enterprise content management, business process automation, or document management is preferred

• Background in technical implementation or professional services is preferred

• Willingness to travel regionally within Latin America after the onboarding period
