This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Formulate territory and account strategies to enhance relationships with selected law firms and attorneys across various firm sizes and practice areas.
• Confidently promote and sell all IMS service lines with clarity.
• Carry out daily field visits to engage in face-to-face meetings with current and potential law firm clients.
• Establish strong, enduring relationships through relationship-based sales, including scheduled in-services, lunch-and-learns, and IMS-initiated or sponsored events.
• Customize presentations and discussions based on the specific needs of large law firms, regional firms, and boutique litigation firms that may benefit from IMS services.
• Enhance awareness and preference for IMS through consistent outreach via phone calls, email, social media, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters while ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association events, and firm programs to boost brand visibility and generate new opportunities.
• Complete comprehensive training across all IMS departments and service offerings to effectively cross-sell and position the entire IMS portfolio.
• Develop and implement tactical plans to meet sales quotas and territory objectives.
• Execute required outreach and meeting activities with precision and consistency.
• Conduct thorough research on firms and litigators to uncover opportunities and customize outreach.
• Meet productivity benchmarks and case initiation goals.
• Act as the client’s advocate while collaborating with internal teams to address case and project needs.
• Exceptional prospecting and business development abilities, with the capability to engage both large institutional firms and small boutique practices.
• Strong skills in building one-to-one relationships with attorneys and litigation staff.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing monthly sales quotas.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to balance fieldwork with administrative tasks.
• Professional demeanor with a strong client-service orientation.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm (legal sales experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue and managing accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
