This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Formulate strategies for territories and accounts aimed at enhancing relationships with targeted law firms and attorneys across various sizes and practice areas.
• Confidently promote and sell all IMS service lines with clarity.
• Perform daily field visits to engage face-to-face with existing and potential law firm clients.
• Establish strong, enduring relationships through relationship-focused sales, including scheduled in-services, lunch-and-learns, and IMS-initiated or sponsored events.
• Customize presentations and discussions based on the distinct needs of large law firms, regional firms, and boutique litigation firms that could leverage IMS services.
• Enhance awareness and preference for IMS through consistent outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association events, and firm programs to boost brand visibility and create new opportunities.
• Complete extensive training across all IMS departments and service offerings to effectively cross-sell and position the entire IMS portfolio.
• Develop and execute tactical plans to meet sales quotas and territory objectives.
• Carry out required outreach and meeting activities with precision and consistency.
• Conduct thorough research on firms and litigators to pinpoint opportunities and tailor outreach efforts.
• Meet productivity expectations and case initiation targets.
• Act as the client’s advocate while working collaboratively with internal teams to fulfill case and project requirements.
• Preferred undergraduate degree.
• 2–5 years of sales experience within a professional services firm (legal sales experience is preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous.
• Proven track record in generating revenue and managing accounts successfully.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
