This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform inbound and outbound leads into qualified Gameplan Sessions that are guaranteed to occur.
• Assess leads and arrange sessions with senior finance decision-makers.
• Contact every inbound lead within five minutes of their inquiry.
• Maintain a consistent outbound outreach strategy via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Record every outcome in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Leverage AI to research accounts and enhance messaging.
• Take ownership of your activity metrics related to outreach attempts and follow-ups.
• Business-fluent German, with the ability to establish credibility at the C-level.
• Over 1 year of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR roles within B2B German-speaking markets, preferably selling considered offers (software, consulting, professional, or financial services).
• Demonstrated success in managing both outbound activity quotas and inbound/speed-to-lead responsibilities.
• Strong discipline in using CRM tools as part of your daily tasks.
• Composed, resilient, and persistent when communicating over the phone.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in daily operations, or quick to adapt to them.
• Experience in scheduling meetings with or selling to finance and controlling stakeholders (Nice to have).
• Background in data, BI, software, or consulting (Nice to have).
• Proficient in English in addition to German for effective team collaboration (Nice to have).
