• Lead and cultivate the LATAM Sales & Service team, offering both disciplinary and functional guidance.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, safety, and ongoing improvement.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning throughout the region.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate the growth and advancement of direct reports.
• Take ownership of sales growth and market expansion in LATAM, bearing full responsibility for meeting established revenue and profitability goals.
• Act as the primary commercial representative for the region, managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing business.
• Lead all commercial negotiations to ensure sustainable and profitable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement new business proposals and program launches.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and order intake metrics.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies, marketing plans, and targeted action initiatives.
• Technical expertise in injection molding, plastics processing, toolmaking, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of pertinent industry experience; an advanced technical or engineering qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of injection mold trials, hot runner systems, and tooling services.
• Proficiency in business and systems (MS Office is required; EPICOR and CAD are preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
• Proven capability to function effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
