Sales & Retention Assistant – Ukrainian, Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Support our Senior Sales and Retention agents throughout the sales and retention process.

• Assist in collecting information from prospective customers using our communication systems (phone, instant messaging, and emails).

• Enter the gathered information into various forms, applications, and carrier websites to produce quotes.

• Utilize insurance carriers’ platforms and technology accurately and in a timely manner.

• Submit information to underwriters.

• Manage emails and follow up with calls and emails to obtain any missing information and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both Ukrainian and Russian, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A solid understanding of the English language is required (both written and verbal).

• Successful completion of a background check is necessary.

• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office, is required; a technology-oriented attitude is essential.

• Higher education is advantageous, with a preference for business-related fields.

• A proactive team player with strong collaboration skills and a forward-thinking mindset is required.

• Ability to efficiently organize tasks, manage time, focus on results, and work under tight deadlines is crucial.
