Sales & Retention Assistant, Romanian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Support Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention activities.

• Collect information from prospective customers through various communication channels (phone, instant messaging, emails).

• Input the collected information into Forms, Applications, and Carrier websites to produce quotes.

• Efficiently and accurately utilize insurance carriers' platforms and technology.

• Submit requests to underwriters.

• Oversee emails and conduct follow-up calls to obtain any missing information and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both spoken and written Romanian is essential.

• A solid understanding of the English language is required (both written and verbal).

• Successful completion of a background check is necessary.

• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office, is required; a technology-driven attitude is essential.

• Higher education is advantageous, with a preference for business-related fields.

• A proactive team player with a strong collaborative approach.

• Ability to efficiently organize tasks and manage time under pressure and tight deadlines.
