• Create a business plan for the assigned region that aligns with Viatris's sales objectives, strategies, and goals.
• Deliver high-quality sales presentations to all identified customers.
• Meet quarterly sales targets within the designated area while adhering to ethical sales practices and necessary regulations.
• Comprehend and showcase targeting principles effectively.
• Formulate a pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build and maintain positive and engaging relationships with colleagues, clients, and Company management.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Collect and utilize information from offices, pharmacists, and other sources to devise and implement specific strategies for territory prescribers.
• Utilize sample programs, literature, and other resources to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond promptly and reliably to all customer inquiries, providing information that aligns with their requests.
• Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development related to efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge training.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in influencing and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
• Self-motivated and a demonstrated self-starter.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory, which may include overnight stays.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Professional or Senior level will be determined based on relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is essential.
