This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Engage with qualified inbound leads supplied by the Lead Qualification team.
• Interact with clients mainly via phone (80–90% of communication), supplemented by email follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Estimating Department to formulate and present project estimates to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions in line with company policies.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate the technical features of custom glass products to clients.
• Maintain precise and organized CRM management in HubSpot, including notes, pipeline updates, follow-ups, and communication records.
• Deliver professional, prompt, and high-quality communication with U.S.-based clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Sales Experience: 2–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in full-cycle closing positions.
• Remote Work Experience: Previous remote work experience is highly preferred.
• U.S. Market Experience: Experience with U.S.-based clients is a significant advantage.
• English: C1+ / near-native spoken English proficiency for daily interactions with U.S. clients.
• Negotiation: Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
• Objection Handling: Capability to address client objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Communication: Strong client communication abilities, with a talent for building trust and clearly conveying product value.
• CRM Discipline: Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Product Learning: Willingness and capability to learn about a technical/custom product in detail.
