This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team.
• Engage with clients primarily via phone (80–90% of communication), along with email follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Estimating Department to create and present project estimates to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to confidently articulate the technical details of custom glass products to clients.
• Ensure meticulous and organized CRM management in HubSpot, including notes, pipeline updates, follow-ups, and communication records.
• Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality communication with U.S.-based clients throughout the sales process.
• Sales Experience: 2–3+ years in sales, ideally in full-cycle closing roles.
• Remote Work Experience: Prior experience in a remote work setting is highly preferred.
• U.S. Market Experience: Familiarity with U.S.-based clients is a significant advantage.
• English: C1+ / near-native spoken English for daily interactions with U.S. clients.
• Negotiation: Proven strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Objection Handling: Proficient in managing client objections in a professional and confident manner.
• Communication: Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and clearly articulate product value.
• CRM Discipline: Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Product Learning: Willingness and capability to thoroughly understand a technical/custom product.
