Sales Representative – TSIS/FCIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Meet and surpass sales objectives as specified by the Company.

• Develop and present compelling presentations to both potential and current customers, highlighting the value and solutions offered by MAPEI.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Identify and propose customized solutions from MAPEI's offerings to effectively meet customer business requirements.

• Create and sustain a strong pipeline of potential customers through various channels, including industry directories, trade shows, online platforms, and market analysis.

• Collect and share market intelligence regarding customer preferences, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends, providing insights for product development and market strategy.

• Represent the Company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote MAPEI’s brand and solutions.

• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety and quality protocols.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven external sales experience with a successful history in the relevant industry/products.

• Strong understanding of the assigned market/industry.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work independently.

• Proficient in the use of Windows-based PCs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet navigation.
