This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Execute Territory Strategy: Oversee your designated geographic area by boosting sales volume and ensuring a premium mix of brands (Goodyear & Dunlop).
• Strengthen Dealer Relations: Serve as the main contact for dealers, fostering long-term relationships and equipping them with the resources and training needed to expand their Goodyear business.
• Prospective Fleet Hunting: Actively seek out and secure new indirect fleet customers by showcasing the cost-per-km advantages and technical excellence of our products.
• Collaborate with KAMs: Offer local assistance for major national fleets overseen by Key Account Managers, guaranteeing service excellence and conducting tire performance evaluations.
• Optimize Service Network: Collaborate with the Network & Service team to manage service providers, ensuring top-quality support for our contracted fleets.
• Market Intelligence: Utilize CRM and digital platforms (such as TireOptix) to report on market trends, monitor competitor activities, and deliver data-driven insights to your clients.
• B2B Sales Experience: A solid background in sales or territory management, preferably in the automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial sectors.
• Growth Mindset: A flexible professional who embraces change as an opportunity and brings a positive, solution-focused attitude to the team.
• Hybrid Sales Skills: The capability to combine relationship-based account management with a proactive "hunting" approach for new business opportunities.
• Technical Interest: A readiness to learn our tire management systems and digital tools; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Independence & Teamwork: A self-driven "road warrior" who is disciplined in remote work while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Communication: Proficiency in Dutch and a good command of English, with the ability to influence both dealers and technical fleet engineers.
• Resilience: The capacity to navigate a changing business landscape while maintaining focus on achieving KPIs such as volume, mix, and market share.
