This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and grow your customer portfolio within the assigned sales territory.
• Offer customized advice and facilitate targeted agreements.
• Guarantee optimal shelf positioning, implement innovative promotions, and uphold a professional presence in the market.
• Educate sales personnel and represent the company at trade exhibitions.
• Organize routes and complete reporting using an iPad and online platforms.
• Evaluate competitors and analyze market trends.
• Background in field sales, sales, or retail.
• Strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a service-oriented approach.
• Self-sufficient, organized, and driven by goals.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license and comfortable using an iPhone & iPad.
• Reside in one of the designated sales territories or be willing to relocate to the area.
