
Sales Representative – Telephone Outreach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will initiate proactive calls to cities, municipalities, and districts to identify the appropriate contact person (such as mayor, managing director, head of administration, or HR managers).
• You will engage in professional introductory conversations over the phone, generate interest in our recruiting solutions, and position Clementine Media as a reliable partner.
• Scheduling qualified appointments is your primary objective and a key performance indicator.
• You will meticulously log your contacts and conversation outcomes in our CRM (Close CRM) and maintain an updated pipeline.
• Utilizing a proven call script, you will personalize it over time and seek continuous improvement.
• You will actively participate in enhancing our sales processes.
• You possess experience in telephone cold calling, phone sales, or a similar role (e.g., SDR, BDR, call agent, appointment setter) – preferably in a B2B setting.
• You are fluent in German at a native level – sounding professional, personable, and persuasive during phone conversations.
• You are comfortable making phone calls and remain composed in the face of rejection.
• Tactful persistence is one of your strengths.
• You work in a methodical manner, are self-organized, and maintain clarity even amidst high call volumes.
• You have confidence in using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Experience in the public sector or municipal sales is advantageous but not mandatory – we will provide all necessary training.
