
Sales Representative – Telehealth, Patient Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Transform warm inbound leads into opportunities.
• Initiate outbound calls to reconnect with cold or inactive leads.
• Actively reach out to prospective patients through organized outbound campaigns.
• Communicate through phone, SMS, chat, and email.
• Provide patient education using approved, non-clinical messaging.
• Address objections with empathy and confidence.
• Oversee your own pipeline and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system.
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs.
• Work in collaboration with care and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales).
• Demonstrated experience in remote sales (mandatory).
• Willingness to make 50+ calls per day as necessary.
• Preferred experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness sectors.
• Strong hunting mentality with a consultative selling approach.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Highly organized and self-driven.
• Exceptional English communication skills at a professional level.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheets.
