This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Successfully transform leads into loyal customers
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from the first contact to finalizing the sale
• Deliver tailored support through WhatsApp, video calls, phone, and email
• Record and analyze performance and productivity metrics in the CRM
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Demonstrated experience in direct sales within the study abroad, tourism, or education sectors
• Proven track record in managing high-ticket sales and cold leads
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, instilling confidence and trust
• Experience in managing a large volume of leads
• Results-oriented and motivated by goals
• Genuine passion for the education sector and the transformative power of study abroad programs
• Preferred: international experience (study or work)
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
