Sales Representative – State and Local Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Foster customer relationships by delivering comprehensive technology, training, and technical service solutions.

• Identify, nurture, and oversee sales opportunities with K-12 school districts and educational organizations.

• Meet designated revenue and gross profit targets through effective prospecting and account management.

• Collaborate closely with Noble IQ subject matter experts and vendor partners to create tailored solutions.

• Seek out and generate new sales opportunities in the K-12 and higher education sectors.

• Manage a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM.

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to pinpoint operational challenges.

• Design and deliver integrated solutions that encompass both technology and training.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to craft proposals and presentations.

• Participate in educational conferences and networking events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development.

• Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.

• Background in selling solutions, services, technology, or professional services is preferred.

• Capability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to accomplish tasks within deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Experience working with educational institutions, public-sector organizations, or in government procurement settings is preferred.

• Familiarity with school safety, campus security, facilities, technology, or operational readiness programs is preferred.

• Background in grants, public funding, or cooperative purchasing contracts is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
