This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee accounts and act as the main liaison between clients and the organization
• Operate within the Southern region – Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Catarina
• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing contracts
• Promote and sell service contracts along with other offerings from the portfolio
• Manage the entire sales process: from lead qualification and needs assessment to proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and contract initiation
• Conduct regular client visits to enhance relationships and identify their needs
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the services team and regional managers
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer experience
• Oversee the sales pipeline and commercial operations in Salesforce, ensuring disciplined tracking of activities and expense reporting
• Strategically plan and organize daily sales tasks to cater to both current and potential customers
• Contribute to accurate forecasting and the attainment of sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or related disciplines
• Reside in Curitiba (PR) or Porto Alegre (RS)
• Proven experience in account management, consultative sales, and territory development
• Role involves fieldwork with frequent client interactions
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
