
Sales Representative – Shoulder Reconstruction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will implement sales strategies for our endoprosthetic products, specifically focusing on shoulder reconstruction to enhance and broaden our market presence.
• You will regularly attend endoprosthetic surgeries on-site and assist the OR team with the practical usage of our products.
• You will independently organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for hospital personnel.
• You will identify potential clients and actively engage in new customer acquisition efforts.
• You will efficiently manage external inventory located at hospitals to optimize product availability and control expenses.
• You will utilize your product and customer insights to cultivate and maintain partnership-driven relationships with hospitals and decision-makers.
• You will assess customer needs and collaboratively develop optimal solutions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• You will keep an eye on the market landscape and provide well-informed recommendations for suitable actions and strategies.
• You will collaborate closely with the team, sharing your expertise and enhancing our learning culture through proactive teamwork.
• You will represent the company at trade shows, congresses, and local symposia.
• You will support Professional Education initiatives and contribute to their overall success.
• You will meticulously document customer interactions and provide regular updates to management.
• A medical or pharmaceutical background with OR experience, preferably in orthopaedics, or a completed degree.
• Experience as a medical device consultant in orthopaedics and/or trauma surgery.
• An existing customer network is advantageous.
• Proficiency in German and good command of English.
• Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office, along with sound business acumen.
• An innovative, creative, and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic commercial insight.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Empathy and a collaborative team spirit.
• Good technical skills and understanding of technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the designated territory.
