This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Achieve consistent sales success in the designated territory by delivering high-quality products and services.
• Enhance technical and sales abilities to fulfill customer requirements.
• Discover new business opportunities within the territory while nurturing existing accounts.
• Evaluate the territory and market potential, while monitoring sales performance and status reports.
• Formulate and implement the sales strategy after the proposed forecast receives approval.
• Execute product sales strategies to meet sales objectives and targets.
• Utilize sales techniques to address customer needs and meet territory sales goals through regular interactions.
• Foster, cultivate, and sustain positive relationships with businesses and customers.
• Gather market intelligence and relay insights to the management team.
• Ensure all activities within the territory are conducted professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Keep precise records of territory and customer interactions.
• Participate in regular departmental meetings and support ongoing feedback processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field is essential.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams to enhance performance.
• Capacity to inspire and influence others, even without direct authority.
• Strong professional expertise, sales skills, territory management, and effective execution.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk, capable of making informed decisions with limited information.
• Willingness to take charge of challenging situations and elevate standards beyond the norm.
• Confidence to speak up, confront issues directly, and manage conflicts constructively.
• Keen business acumen, able to foresee future opportunities and maintain persistence and resilience in the face of challenges.
