This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Ensure that sales objectives are consistently met in the designated territory by delivering high-quality products and services.
• Enhance technical and sales capabilities to fulfill customer requirements.
• Identify potential business opportunities within the territory while also nurturing existing client relationships.
• Evaluate the territory's market potential and monitor sales performance and status reports.
• Create and implement the sales strategy once the proposed forecast receives approval.
• Execute product sales tactics to reach established sales goals and targets.
• Utilize selling skills to satisfy customer needs and achieve sales targets for the territory through regular engagement with clients.
• Establish, cultivate, and sustain positive relationships with businesses and customers.
• Gather market intelligence and relay insights to the management team.
• Ensure that all activities within the territory are conducted professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Maintain precise records of territory and customer interactions.
• Participate in regular departmental meetings and support ongoing feedback initiatives.
• Experience in immunology is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners to enhance performance.
• Capability to motivate and influence others, including those without direct authority.
• Strong professional expertise, sales skills, territory management, and execution abilities.
• Agility and responsibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk, with the capacity to make informed decisions with limited information.
• Willingness to take ownership of challenging issues and elevate standards beyond the norm.
• Courage to express concerns, tackle issues head-on, and manage conflicts constructively.
• Strong business acumen, with the foresight to anticipate future opportunities and remain persistent and resilient in the face of challenges.
• Ability to connect disparate concepts, develop innovative ideas, and turn creativity into actionable outcomes.
