
Sales Representative – Semiconductor Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Formulate the Key Account Plan and execute strategies aimed at the Semiconductor market.
• Engage in sales activities to generate new opportunities using 3M semiconductor material solutions.
• Lead Sales Projects and spearhead New Application Development initiatives.
• Oversee Sales Revenue and Channel Management.
• Manage key OEM accounts and cultivate robust relationships with customers throughout the value chains.
• Discover new opportunities and comprehend customer needs and Voice of Customer (VOC) through regular interactions to enhance internal communication.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the sustainable growth and success of the company.
• Products involved: Semiconductor Materials (CMP pad, pad conditioner, FEOL, MEOL, Chemical).
• Selling process includes creating and securing specifications at key accounts and selling through 3M channel partners or distributors.
• Requires regular travel to the Hiroshima area.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, with a maximum of 20 years.
• Strong understanding of the CMP process and the qualification workflow.
• Capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in an agile working environment.
• Preferred background in R&D or as a process engineer.
• Excellent global communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Preferred candidates should reside in or near the Osaka or Hiroshima area.
