This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Promote and sell the company’s products or services in a designated region or market;
• Operate autonomously, developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients;
• Identify business prospects and formulate sales strategies;
• Offer after-sales support and provide introductory as well as refresher training on the comprehensive Feel Care product line to client personnel;
• Seek new customers: actively pursue potential clients through various approaches;
• Conduct product demonstrations and tests (cleaning chemicals);
• Negotiate commercial agreements;
• Finalize sales and oversee all follow-up processes;
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives;
• Fundamental understanding of finance, profit margins, production costs, and ROI;
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service principles;
• Prior sales experience, ideally in wholesale and retail sectors;
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of digital sales tools (CRM and social media);
• Skills in customer relationship management;
• Willingness to travel within the Campinas, SP region.
