This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Engaging in cold calls, warm calls, and scheduling appointments
β’ Communicating clearly and persuasively in a manner suited to the audience (via phone, video, email)
β’ Managing the sales pipeline within our CRM ScopeVisio: focusing on prioritization, outlining next steps, and maintaining forecasting discipline
β’ Conducting needs analysis and qualification: recognizing pain points, understanding decision-making processes, and identifying key stakeholders
β’ Fluent German speaker (C2 level)
β’ Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities
β’ Organized working approach utilizing Confluence and Jira
β’ Some experience in B2B sales, preferably within a technology or healthcare setting (this is advantageous but not mandatory)
β’ 30 days of paid vacation
