📋 Description

• Meet sales targets in your territory by engaging with customers, conducting demonstrations, and utilizing solution-oriented sales techniques.

• Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to both prospective and existing retail clients.

• Collaborate with retail store personnel and internal representatives to facilitate product training and enhance awareness.

• Conduct in-store demonstrations, visit job sites, and lead training sessions for customers.

• Discover and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis.

• Collect and disseminate market intelligence, competitor activities, and innovative product ideas.

• Assist with job site inspections and relay potential claims along with follow-up reporting.

• Maintain up-to-date records of all account activities, product materials, and communications.

• Adhere to company safety protocols, policies, and procedures in your daily tasks.

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in the sales of commercial products, with a strong preference for knowledge in flooring installation materials.

• Candidates must reside in or near Indianapolis, IN, Cincinnati, OH, or Columbus, OH.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint in a Windows environment; familiarity with 365 or Dynamics AX is advantageous.

• A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

• In this position, you will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

• This role also qualifies for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary based on individual performance and company outcomes.
