Sales Representative – Purewick Rx Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete intake and reorder procedures for customers using Purewick reimbursement.

• Facilitate smooth enrollment in Liberator’s supply program.

• Provide tailored service and support to ensure satisfaction and compliance standards are met.

• Clearly convey the features and advantages of the PureWick™ system.

• Keep thorough records in CRM and call tracking systems.

• Achieve departmental call volume goals for both incoming and outgoing communications.

• Ensure compliance with phone quality and adherence standards.

• Collaborate across the organization to assist customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or training.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret publications related to medical supplies.

• Proficiency in writing business correspondence.

• Capability to present information and address inquiries effectively.

• Aptitude for calculating figures and amounts.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with word processing software, Excel, and database applications.

• Understanding of call center telecommunications software.
