This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with benefits brokers that lead to sustained sales and retention of Guardian's Group Benefit offerings.
• Promote, position, and sell the complete range of Guardian’s Group Benefits products and technological solutions to assigned brokers.
• Foster the overall wellbeing of relationships between brokers and clients.
• Grasp the dynamics of the territory to cultivate, develop, and sustain broker relationships.
• Responsible for consistently meeting or surpassing personal sales production goals.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to analyze market trends.
• Serve as a market leader by providing thought leadership and maintaining robust community connections.
• Recognize, propose, and advocate for process enhancements and organizational initiatives.
• Obtain necessary industry licensing within 90 days of hire and uphold the license by fulfilling Continuing Education requirements.
• A BS or BA degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• At least 4 years of experience in group insurance sales or a combination of relevant work experience with Guardian, education, and/or related extracurricular activities.
• Familiarity with industry products and processes, including but not limited to Worksite, LTD, Dental products, complex absence products, online enrollment, experience rating, and dental network analysis processes.
