• Promoting Interstim devices for targeted therapies to medical professionals, institutions, payors, and other relevant healthcare personnel.
• Collaborating with key implanting centers to enhance account and implanter practice through strategic initiatives.
• Offering product and therapy technical assistance and support services.
• Engaging in consultations for strategic management and trend analysis.
• Leveraging appropriate Neuro business partners to deliver marketing and business proposals for territory advancement and expansion.
• Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by sales leadership as they emerge.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant experience*
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience*
• OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience*
• *Experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences is required.
• Strong understanding of the Reimbursement landscape.
• Experience engaging with physicians in one or more of the following referral sectors: Neurology, Urology, or Colo Rectal Surgery.
• Proven track record in cultivating new and innovative market opportunities.
• Ability to conduct multiple referral calls daily.
• Familiarity with operating room environments.
• Proficient in business planning, consulting, and territory financial analysis; preferred knowledge of managed care.
• Experience with physiology and clinical therapies.
• Background in implantable devices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong team player.
• Conceptual and consultative sales expertise.
• Knowledge of all applicable quality policies and system items.
• Capacity to adhere to all work and quality protocols to ensure compliance with quality systems and maintain high-quality output.
