This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead the acquisition of new customers while managing existing accounts in the Commercial Vehicle and Mobility coatings sector, consistently meeting sales and revenue goals.
• Develop and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and technical suggestions; take the lead in negotiations and finalize agreements with key decision-makers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, nurturing strong, collaborative relationships and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of contract terms and client organizational structures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, including troubleshooting, product advice, and on-site or facility-based training sessions.
• Manage the customer portfolio through regular visits and organized business meetings, identifying and cultivating a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Establish and maintain a robust professional network; ensure accurate and current customer information in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Supervise order management and contract assessments, ensure compliance with SOPs, and conduct market analysis to identify value drivers and commercial opportunities.
• Implement approved marketing and sales strategies; represent Axalta at trade shows and industry events, while assisting customers with product testing, application guidance, and technical audits to improve operational performance.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemistry, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the automotive, coatings, industrial chemicals, or technical solutions sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and purchasing stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the commercial vehicle/transportation market; basic technical knowledge to discuss applications and production processes is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Poland and the Eastern Europe region (approximately 60–70% of time spent in the field).
• Valid category B driving license.
• Proficiency in Polish and a good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Competence in MS Office and willingness to work with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and digital collaboration platforms.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, well-organized, with a strong emphasis on establishing long-term customer relationships.
