Sales Representative – no cold calling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist private prospective buyers via phone and email (no video conferencing)

• Utilize exceptional negotiation abilities to drive sales

• Steer customers through the complete purchasing journey: from the initial inquiry to a successful conclusion

• Promote add-on services such as extended warranties, financing options, and other offerings through cross-selling and upselling

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or telesales is beneficial but not mandatory

• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic about achieving targets and closing sales

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written – knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
