This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Build, sustain, and enhance long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including both clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
• Oversee sales within the designated territory, pinpointing growth opportunities and crafting commercial solutions.
• Provide advice, training, and support to healthcare professionals regarding our products and solutions for clinical applications.
• Engage in negotiations with medical personnel as well as hospital administration and procurement teams.
• Actively participate in trade shows and conferences.
• Previous professional experience in the medical sector, or a bachelor's/master's degree in biomedical engineering, medicine, or business administration, coupled with a keen interest in sales.
• Reside within the designated territory and be prepared to travel regularly for business (which may involve overnight stays).
• Enjoy interacting with a diverse array of stakeholders, demonstrating strong customer and service orientation, exceptional communication skills, and empathy.
• Exhibit initiative, high motivation, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on results.
• Show creativity and willingness to embrace change.
• Have excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ideally, bring experience in interventional neuroradiology or medical device sales.
