This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive technical knowledge of LivaNova Neuromodulation products, facilitating effective clinical conversations, product showcases, and in-theatre assistance.
• Forge robust relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and essential stakeholders, including insurance providers and healthcare payers.
• Implement a high-level clinical sales strategy, effectively articulating the advantages of therapies like Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS).
• Utilize value-based selling techniques, highlighting the economic and clinical advantages of medical devices in comparison to alternative treatments (e.g., long-term medication or hospitalization).
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan in alignment with divisional goals.
• Meet established sales targets (units, revenue, and pricing) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously assess market dynamics, trends, and competitor actions, offering insights and recommendations to management.
• Provide training to customers and ensure ongoing education about product usage.
• Maintain precise and current records in CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Ensure that all activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Represent the company through regular visits to customers, conferences, and industry events.
• Manage consignment inventory following company guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports, including sales forecasts, expenses, and account updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in strategic and consultative sales.
• Experience with healthcare payers or insurance systems (EPS or similar organizations) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%), including domestic and occasional international trips.
