This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and cultivate a new customer base in the Western Germany region.
• Proactively acquire new customers in the HVAC sector, emphasizing modern climate control and HVAC system solutions.
• Offer technical guidance to clients from the initial inquiry through to project implementation and handoff to project execution.
• Design and engineer solutions in collaboration with internal specialist departments.
• Prepare, price, and follow up on quotations.
• Conduct negotiations regarding contracts and pricing.
• Maintain and document all sales activities within the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Monitor market trends and competitors within the designated sales territory.
• Collaborate closely with technical, service, and project execution teams.
• Several years of experience in sales or a similar role within refrigeration and HVAC technology.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
• Experience in customer support and project-oriented work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Structured, independent, and results-driven working approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High customer focus and professional demeanor.
• Outstanding German language skills, both written and verbal.
• Class B driver's license.
