This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of a field sales representative, you will advocate for the NUK (MedicPro) brand in hospitals throughout Eastern Germany.
• You will collaborate closely with maternity wards, neonatology units, and pediatric healthcare professionals.
• Your primary objective will be to establish trusting relationships, offer professional assistance to medical personnel, and continually promote the use of NUK hospital products.
• You will join a small, experienced sales team of five and will take charge of managing your territory in Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Thuringia, and Saxony-Anhalt independently.

• You will cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and university hospitals in your area.
• Regular visits to wards and specialized departments will be necessary to assist medical staff and present products.
• You will assess customer needs and offer practical, regulation-compliant product solutions.
• You will evaluate territory performance and identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Your role will include introducing NUK MedicPro products to facilities currently utilizing competitor products.
• You will represent the brand at congresses, events, and professional meetings.
• Sharing market and customer insights with internal teams will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will independently plan and organize your sales territory, including travel arrangements.
• Required: experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
• Comfortable interacting and communicating with medical professionals across various hierarchical levels.
• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken.
• Competence in commonly used MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license, with a strong willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Preferred: experience as a medical device advisor or a clinical background.
• Experience working with hospitals or purchasing cooperatives in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• High self-motivation, resilience, and a desire to learn new things.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
