This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Manage our operations in the Nordics & Baltics.
• Develop and nurture significant relationships with customers and partners.
• Strengthen current partnerships and establish a reliable foundation for future opportunities.
• Ensure timely participation in all relevant tenders, collaborating closely with customers.
• Travel to current client hospitals to enhance the product offerings at those locations.
• Engage with potential customers to grow our business and oversee the entire sales process.
• Communicate effectively with strategic partners and formulate a creative mid- to long-term strategy that aligns with Brainlab's corporate vision.
• Collect accurate forecasts and relevant data to assist in budget planning.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive and consistent customer database for the designated territory.
• Participate in national and international meetings and symposia.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales (capital equipment sales preferred).
• Experience in a medical or engineering setting is advantageous.
• High level of enthusiasm.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
• A profound sense of commitment and initiative.
• A friendly and engaging personality.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another Nordic language is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordics & Baltics (80%).
