This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Make over 100 calls each day to warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Adhere to our established sales process consistently with every call.
• Regularly achieve daily booking goals.
• Oversee your sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups within our CRM system.
• Engage in daily training sessions with your coach and swiftly apply their feedback.
• Maintain clean administrative tasks and data to enhance team performance.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an SDR, BDR, or high-touch sales position, or demonstrated success in selling your own products.
• Outstanding phone skills – not just comfortable, but exceptional.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Capable of managing your time and pipeline independently.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
