This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, develop, and oversee international sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators, while fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
• Actively assess and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to broaden the global reach of the Ultra Pure Water business.
• Plan, lead, and conclude complex commercial and technical negotiations with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Present the complete range of Ultra Pure Water treatment systems and solutions to international customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs, technical specifications, and business expectations.
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives in close collaboration with internal departments to meet revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives.
• Prepare technical, solution-oriented standard and project quotations in close cooperation with engineering, product management, and other specialized departments until successful order closure.
• Manage and orchestrate the entire sales cycle for international project business, from opportunity identification to final contract award.
• Create regular short- and mid-term sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, and revenue projections to aid strategic business planning.
• Monitor international market trends, competitive activities, and customer behaviors to derive proactive business strategies and sustainable growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a professional customer experience and successful project execution.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a similar qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in Ultra Pure Water treatment systems, as well as in applications within medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or similar high-purity environments.
• Strong background in international business development, technical sales, or channel management.
• Solid understanding of CRM and business management software, preferably Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and solution-focused mindset, coupled with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
• High willingness to travel internationally, including multi-day business trips within the sales territory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
