• Acquire new district partners and enhance existing relationships.
• Meet assigned annual sales and activity objectives for K12 test preparation programs.
• Develop and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline in Salesforce.
• Prospect and create new demand through outreach initiatives and campaigns.
• Conduct discovery sessions at the district and state levels regarding college readiness.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare pricing proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and procurement documentation.
• Lead the response process for requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and bids.
• Minimum qualifications: a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of successful sales experience within the education sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Proven success in selling both in-person and online solutions.
• 2–5+ years of successful B2B or institutional sales experience; K–12 or EdTech experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with school districts, charter schools, state agencies, or academic intervention programs.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
• Familiarity with sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong closing abilities.
• Capability to work from a home office while frequently traveling to customer and prospect locations.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
