πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Drive market expansion and cultivate robust, sustainable relationships with customers to meet sales objectives.

β€’ Promote, position, and implement the Abbott RDx ID product range within the designated territory.

β€’ Create customized proposals for clients and oversee the complete contract management process.

β€’ Track market dynamics and competitive actions, providing consistent insights and reporting.

β€’ Conduct product and application training sessions for customers in the region.

β€’ Represent Abbott at round tables, conferences, exhibitions, and various national and international events.

β€’ Ensure precise documentation of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated sales experience in the laboratory diagnostics sector in the Netherlands.

β€’ Proven success in acquiring new business and establishing enduring, trust-based relationships with customers.

β€’ Results-driven mindset capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

β€’ Ability to effectively communicate product features, advantages, solutions, value propositions, and total cost of ownership to secure long-term strategic partnerships.

β€’ Strong problem-solving capabilities and a consultative approach to discerning customer needs and providing solutions.

β€’ Enthusiastic team player with a high degree of initiative and energy.

β€’ Excellent organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills.

β€’ Strong communication abilities with persuasive impact across various customer levels.

β€’ Goal-oriented, solution-focused, capable of meeting deadlines, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

β€’ Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory.

β€’ Willingness to travel (approximately 70–80%).
