This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of sales objectives and commercial strategy to effectively meet performance goals in your designated region.
• Proactively enhance the market presence and customer network, focusing on attracting new clients while nurturing and expanding existing relationships.
• Accountable for the strategic advancement and successful execution of the Abbott RDx ID product lineup within the assigned sales area.
• Develop customized proposals, engage in independent contract negotiations, and successfully finalize customer agreements.
• Observe, evaluate, and report on competitor activities, while formulating suitable sales and market strategies.
• Facilitate product training, demonstrations, and on-site implementations for clients in your region.
• Represent Abbott at national and international conferences, trade shows, and professional gatherings.
• A degree in a natural science, or a medical qualification, or equivalent professional experience in diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a confident demeanor in dealings with clinical stakeholders.
• Strong persuasive skills coupled with the capacity to cultivate and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Results-driven, organized, and resilient work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills and a strong customer-oriented focus.
• A team-oriented individual with a proactive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Outstanding organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 70–80%) within the sales territory.
• Fluent in German and possess very good English language skills.
