• Design and execute strategic account plans within a fast-evolving market landscape.

• Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) strategically as the primary tool for management, planning, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
• Navigate complex sales processes methodically, including effective stakeholder management.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive account management and solution-focused actions.
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic and evolving market environment.
• Strong team orientation and experience in collaborating across various functional areas.
• A strategic mindset paired with a structured and autonomous work approach.
• Proficiency in the strategic application of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to actively foster business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English, effective across multiple decision-making tiers.
