This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Promotes and markets Medtronic's products and services within a designated geographical area and/or specific customer accounts to achieve or surpass sales goals.
• Tasked with developing, nurturing, and enhancing long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for pursuing leads, evaluating needs, and delivering product services to optimize the advantages gained from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Advocates for and facilitates the education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conducts market analysis encompassing customer and competitor activities.
• Executes market development plans and strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
• Shares customer feedback regarding new products and/or changes to existing products or applications with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience*
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience*
• OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience*
• *Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
