This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Accountable for the commercial expansion and market development of the ablation portfolio in Switzerland, particularly focusing on bone and soft tissue ablation therapies.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
• Offer consultation, training, and ongoing support to clinical users in their daily operations.
• Create and execute strategic growth and account plans within the designated sales territory.
• Examine market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to uncover new business opportunities.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, continuing education, congresses, and medical training events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Leadership teams across the DACH organization.
• Completed medical training or a degree in biomedical engineering, medicine, business administration, or a relevant qualification with a keen interest in sales.
• Initial professional experience in the medical sector or in medical device sales, business development, or interventional therapies.
• Solid understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and hospital frameworks.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong emphasis on customer focus.
• Self-driven, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in German, English, and French.
