This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Secure and oversee accounts within a designated territory or region.
• Create and implement sales strategies for assigned accounts as well as new and developing business opportunities.
• Prepare and present information utilizing both internal and external resources.
• Comprehend customer segments and their distinct challenges.
• Assess the financial implications of decisions for both customers and the organization.
• Propel the success of new products through focused sales strategies and product launches.
• Identify and disseminate best practices from Lamb Weston.
• Conduct analyses on gaps and opportunities, considering costing implications with basic financial metrics.
• Anticipate and resolve execution challenges and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Lamb Weston and within assigned distribution accounts.
• Develop programs and solutions that are mutually advantageous for customer functions.
• Execute product portfolio strategies to fulfill company goals.
• Take initiative in personal development, including onboarding, sales training, skill enhancement, and team training.
• Achieve and surpass company sales and profit targets.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• For Sales Representative 2: 3 to 4 years of sales experience required.
• Appropriate combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools, including Salesforce.com, Tibersoft, DOMO, and PROs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is mandatory.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong business management skills, incorporating financial management skills and a strategic mindset.
• Capacity to travel independently.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (primarily local with some overnight stays).
