This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Promote implantable devices targeting specific therapies to physicians, healthcare institutions, payors, and relevant medical professionals.
• Collaborate with key implanting centers to enhance the account/implanter practice by offering technical support and service related to products and therapies.
• Maintain a personal understanding of all quality policies and system elements that apply to your role.
• Adhere to all operational and quality procedures to guarantee compliance with the quality system and ensure high-quality output.
• Drive new sales by generating leads, recruiting new surgeons, qualifying prospects, and conducting sales outreach.
• Expand the existing Pain and Interventional business while exploring new opportunities.
• Work independently, leveraging corporate resources to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Execute approved marketing strategies effectively.
• Proactively pursue new customers by developing and following strategic action plans as instructed by the District Sales Manager.
• Address customer complaints following Medtronic's policy guidelines.
• Keep customer record books and other documentation current in accordance with the District Sales Manager's directives.
• Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager.
• Attend and engage in sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
• Collaborate with all staff to implement Company programs efficiently.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Provide tailored service to customers based on their individual requirements.
• Comply with company policies and conduct all business ethically.
• Manage business within designated budgets while ensuring Medtronic's profitability is prioritized.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with over 4 years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree with over 2 years of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of the Reimbursement landscape.
• Experience engaging with physicians in one or more related referral accounts such as Neurology, Physiatry, Oncology, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• At least 1 year of experience in referral and therapy development.
• Experience working with surgeons.
• Proven track record in developing new and innovative markets.
• Capability of making multiple referral calls daily.
• Familiarity with the operating room environment.
• Strong skills in business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis; preferred knowledge of managed care.
• Experience and knowledge of Physiology and clinical therapies.
