This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Oversee and expand designated accounts by delivering consistent service, support, and sales enhancement, which includes promoting white spot prospecting for current products, new innovations, sustainability solutions, and improvements in operational efficiency.
• Foster sales growth in specified geographic regions and sectors by pinpointing and converting new business opportunities while broadening existing accounts through product and application suggestions.
• Track and report on assigned and Key Accounts utilizing tools such as Sales Funnels, quarterly reports, market share assessments, and other mandatory reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, establishing and nurturing robust, long-term relationships while addressing inquiries via phone and email.
• Oversee the entire order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, adherence to policies, and seamless order-to-payment procedures through regular monitoring and follow-up on control reports.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions.
• Assist Sales Teams with order and distribution-related issues, ensuring clear communication with Sales Account Managers to maintain full visibility of customer concerns.
• Engage in pertinent meetings to identify service enhancements and communicate Customer Service KPIs and strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally within chemical specialties; experience with equipment and operations is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated capability to present and articulate complex solutions effectively.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
• High sense of urgency accompanied by a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to foster sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Experience with consultative selling techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
