This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products across Germany.
• Take charge of a designated sales territory in Germany, creating and executing strategic plans to optimize sales opportunities and enhance market penetration.
• Collaborate actively with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to boost product sales and achieve revenue objectives.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our product range (car seats, strollers, furniture) and effectively articulate product features, benefits, and specifications.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and clients, serving as a trusted advisor, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior sales experience, ideally within the consumer goods sector, particularly with child safety products, strollers, or furniture.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships and establish enduring customer partnerships.
• Self-driven and results-focused, with a strong enthusiasm for business growth.
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in German and at least B1 level in English.
