Sales Representative – Global Manufacturing Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with manufacturing suppliers across essential technologies such as CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication.

• Conduct onboarding discussions to gain insights into supplier capabilities, including materials, tolerances, production scale, and specialization.

• Foster relationships with manufacturing partners throughout Asia and other global markets.

• Connect with companies developing new products that may benefit from design services or manufacturer matchmaking.

• Present Trustbridge’s services and clarify how the platform mitigates sourcing risk and expedites product development.

• Recognize potential project opportunities and collaborate with internal engineering teams.

• Perform outreach through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

• Engage with engineers and product teams to discuss manufacturing requirements and sourcing challenges.

• Establish Trustbridge as a reliable advisor in the product development and manufacturing journey.

• Monitor leads, suppliers, and opportunities using CRM tools.

• Keep organized communication with prospects and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

• Background in sales, business development, or customer engagement.

• Comfortable working remotely within an international team.

• Capable of conversing confidently with technical professionals and business leaders.

• Preferred experience in manufacturing, engineering services, sourcing, or supply chain sectors.

• Familiarity with technologies such as CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing/additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication.

• Additional language skills are an advantage (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other Asian languages).
