This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Trustbridge is looking for a Sales Representative located in Mexico to aid in the expansion of our global manufacturing platform.
• Facilitate engagement with both manufacturing suppliers and companies that are developing new products.
• Identify and connect with manufacturing suppliers across various technologies, including CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Conduct onboarding discussions to comprehend supplier capabilities, including materials, tolerances, production scale, and specialization.
• Cultivate relationships with manufacturing partners throughout Asia and other global markets.
• Engage with companies that are developing new products, which may benefit from design services or manufacturer matchmaking.
• Present Trustbridge's services and articulate how the platform mitigates sourcing risks and accelerates product development.
• Identify potential project opportunities and collaborate with internal engineering teams.
• Perform outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Communicate with engineers and product teams regarding manufacturing needs and sourcing challenges.
• Track leads, suppliers, and opportunities using CRM software.
• Ensure organized communication with prospects and partners.
• Provide feedback to leadership regarding supplier capabilities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
• Comfort working remotely with an international team.
• Capability to converse confidently with technical professionals and business leaders.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, sourcing, or supply chain industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with technologies such as CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing/additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with U.S. companies or international clients is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other Asian languages).
